The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Alpha trophies reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
Proof approval
Where required we will send out a proof to you for approval, this must be approved or rejected within two working days. In the event of us not getting a response back in two days we will proceed with the order as per the details you provided to us while placing the order and will not be responsible for any errors you might have made when placing the order.
Production Lead Times
We have different production time for different orders depending on wheather you opted for Standard Shipping, Fast Track 4 Day production or Priority Rush. For all the order types we expect that the proof is approved within 24 hours of the order, any delay from your end with regards to approving proof or providing us with information required to engrave or print the order will push back the despatch by the amount of dealy you made in approving of the artwork (and or supplying of the engarving details).
IN NO EVENT SHALL Alpha Trophies BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF Alpha Trophies HAS BEEN PREVIOUSLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, WHETHER IN AN ACTION UNDER CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR ANY OTHER THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE, INABILITY TO USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, PRODUCTS, AND MATERIALS AVAILABLE FROM THIS SITE.
