You have the option of picking up your order from our stores in Melbourne or Adelaide, you must select the pickup location at the time of placing the order.

1. Standard 5 Day FREE Pick Up

Free of cost pick up from our Melbourne or Adelaide stores for in 5 days of placing your order.

2. Priority Rush 3rd Day Pick Up

This pick-up option has a base charge of $15+ and additional 20% of your total order value but capped at $300. If you select this option, we guarantee to have your order ready for pick up within 3 working days.

Note: We work Monday to Friday and is closed on the weekends. The Melbourne Store will be closed for all Victorian Public Holidays and the Adelaide store will be closed for all South Australian Public Holidays. We also close during the Christmas – New Year for 3 weeks, the dates of that closure will be notified via a banner on the home page.
