Return, refund & cancellation policy.

Before you place an online order for the printing of the trophies ensure that all the details are entered correctly, as this are custom printed on the basis of your order no refund will be offered for change of mind or if any of the details you entered are incorrect. How ever a full refund or replacement will be offered on return of the product if your trophies was not printed as per your order.

At Alpha Trophies we take care and are committed to provide you with the best quality trophies and awards with top quality personalisation. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of your order by phone on 1300 485 645 or by email to sales@alphatrophies.com.au to discuss a solution.

You are entitled to return goods and ask for a refund, exchange or repair if the goods you purchased have a fault that you could not have known about at the time of purchase or are not the same as the described.

You are not entitled to a refund for the following:

Change your mind or no longer want the goods or cannot afford what you ordered.

Found the same item at a cheaper price elsewhere.

Chose incorrect size or type of product.

If you were responsible for causing the error by supplying with incorrect layout or spelling

Claims not received within 14 days of receiving goods will not be accepted.

We will refund using your original payment method where appropriate and we reserve the right to replace or refund the sale at our discretion. Refunds or replacements will be fully processed within 5 working days from receiving your request.

 Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

Orders which have not yet been personalised may be cancelled with a cancellation fee of 30% of original order value. 

Orders which have been personalised but have not been shipped may be cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the order less the delivery fee.

Orders which have been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Goods damaged in transit:

If you have opted for our freight protection option at the time of checkout you are entitled to a replacement or full refund for any transit damaged products. If you did not choose freight protection insurance option at the time of your order we many our discretion offer you a replacement at out cost + shipping charge.
